Now Hiring — Studio Operations & Customer Service Position
Katie’s Clay Studio is looking for a reliable, organized team member for a 30+ hour per week position.
Schedule
- Wednesday through Sunday
- Must be available during busy studio hours
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Holiday season is a must (October through March, may be 40 hours a week)
Position Focus
This is NOT an artist or teaching position. No art experience needed.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy, customer-facing environment and enjoys keeping the studio organized and running efficiently.
Responsibilities Include
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Managing customer flow and overall studio organization
- Inventory tracking and restocking paints/supplies
- Keeping the studio clean, efficient, and organized
- Supporting daily studio operations
- Building positive customer relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and making sound independent decisions to keep studio operations running smoothly
Ideal Candidate
- Restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly, professional, mature and dependable
- Able to multitask and take initiative
